초록색 나무를 보고 있어요. 빨간 장미도요.

I see them bloom for me and you

나와 당신을 위해, 그것(장미)들이 활짝 피어 있는 것을 봅니다.

And I think to myself, "What a wonderful world."

그럴 때, 난 내게 말을 하죠. " 이 얼마나 아름다운 세상이냐."고.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky

하늘에 있는 너무 예쁜 무지개 색이 

are also on the faces of people going by.

지나가는 사람들 얼굴에도 담겨 있어요.

 

I see friends shaking hands, saying " How do you do?"

"잘 지냈니?"라고 반갑게 악수하는 친구들을 봅니다.

They're really saying "I love you."

그들은 진심으로 말하고 있어요. "너를 사랑해."라고.

 

I hear babies crying. I watch them grow.

아이들이 우는 소리를 듣고, 그들이 성장해 가는 모습을 봅니다.

They'll learn much more than I'll ever know.

그들은 내가 아는 것보다 더 많은 걸 배우게 되겠죠.

 And I think to myself,

"이 얼마나 아름다운 세상이냐고."
